We Are Currently Looking for Participants!
Are you passionate about civic engagement and want to make a difference in your community? We are currently looking for volunteers to participate in our research study on youth civic engagement.
You are eligible to participate in the study if you are:
- Between 18-25 (19 in Nebraska)
- Live in Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, or South Dakota.
As a token of our appreciation, you will receive a $25 gift card for your time and effort after completing the research process.
Simply express your interest in the study by:
- Filling out a participation survey or emailing us at civicresearch@unomaha.edu.
- A research assistant will then contact you for further information and to schedule an interview with you.
During the process of participation:
- You will be expected to complete a consent form and a survey before the scheduled interview.
- The interview will take place via Zoom and will last 45-60 minutes.
- If you need to reschedule the interview, simply email us as soon as possible to avoid delaying the process.
By participating in the study, you can help us uncover the factors contributing to civic inequity and inform policies that aim to create a more equitable civic infrastructure.
